Do you resell Microsoft licences?
+
Yes, but we're not in it for the margin. We resell licences at list price and bill them on the same monthly invoice as everything else, which most clients find convenient. If you prefer to buy direct from Microsoft, that's fine — we'll manage the tenant either way.
What licence do most small businesses actually need?
+
Generally a standard licence is fine — you only move up when you genuinely need extra features or tighter security. The right choice depends on where your computers are based and how much you want to manage them centrally through Microsoft 365: access and control for company PCs is handled through Microsoft's cloud accounts (Azure AD). Staff who only need email on a shared device can sit on a cheaper licence. We work out the right mix with you, rather than putting everyone on the most expensive option by default.
Will you change things without telling our staff?
+
No — we always explain first, test with a small group, then roll out. Anything that changes how people sign in is announced ahead of time, tried with a few people first, then rolled out gradually. We never flip a switch for the whole company on a Friday afternoon.
What does the health check actually look like?
+
A written report, in plain English, covering security and spend. How well sign-ins are protected, whether your email is protected against fakes, how your files are shared, and whether you're paying for licences nobody uses. Roughly 30–50 pages, with findings ranked by how urgent they are.
Can you help us tighten security in Microsoft 365?
+
Yes — sensible sign-in security and device protection are core to how we run it. We switch on the protections most small businesses are missing. We don't sell formal security certifications, but a properly-run Microsoft 365 setup covers most of the everyday security basics.
