We unified the lot under one contract over five months — moving numbers, merging Microsoft 365 setups, migrating the CRM to Zoho Bigin and replacing the helpdesk function.

Eight retail locations on consumer-grade broadband, with intermittent card-terminal outages every few weeks. We replaced the broadband at every site with full-fibre broadband plus 4G failover, deployed multi-site internet for traffic prioritisation, and put the whole setup under automated circuit monitoring.

Studio move into a converted Victorian warehouse — beautiful, awful for WiFi. We surveyed, designed the network around the building's quirks, ran Cat6a where it had to go, installed six Ubiquiti access points with proper roaming, and a managed switch with VLANs for design files, voice and guest.
