The people we
quietly keep
running.

We're proudest of the customers we've kept for a decade. A handful of them agreed to put their name to it. Names and logos withheld where commercial sensitivity demands it; happy to do warm intros on request.

A decade of quiet Monday mornings The businesses we keep running rarely think about us. That's the point.
Case study 01 · Recruitment · 18 staff

No more three suppliers blaming each other.

A recruitment firm whose entire day runs on being reachable — CRM, phones, email, live chat, all going at once. Their phones, internet and IT came from three separate suppliers who never spoke, so when something dropped, each blamed the other two and nothing actually got fixed. For a business where a dead phone line means lost placements, that was the number one problem.

We took the whole lot on. One team now owns the phones, the internet and the IT — so there's no one left to point the finger at, and any wobble is a single call to us. Our system gives them proper call stats, central management and remote access, which for a team that lives on the phone has made the biggest difference of all.

Case study 02 · Restaurant · Central London · ~30 staff

WiFi that takes the orders and wins the diners.

A busy central London restaurant runs almost everything over WiFi — the card terminals, and front-of-house staff taking orders on tablets. They needed two things done properly: a polished guest network diners actually want to join, and a rock-solid staff network we could fix remotely in minutes, mid-service.

We designed a branded captive portal that signs diners in and gathers opt-in marketing details, put front-of-house on its own separate, prioritised network, and built the lot on managed switches and routers with automatic failover — so if a line wobbles, service doesn't, and we can troubleshoot without leaving our desks.

WiFi that finally reaches the studio.

Studio move into a converted Victorian warehouse — beautiful, awful for WiFi. We surveyed, designed the network around the building's quirks, ran Cat6a where it had to go, installed six Ubiquiti access points with proper roaming, and a managed switch with VLANs for design files, voice and guest.

Case study 04 · Surveyors · 12 staff, always out

Connected on site, wherever the site is.

A firm of surveyors who are barely ever at their desks. They needed three things that actually work in the field: a reliable IT helpdesk they can reach from anywhere, a phone system that runs off their mobiles so the office number goes with them, and — most of all — mobile SIMs that stay connected in the middle of nowhere.

We gave them multi-network SIMs that roam across all the UK networks and lock onto the best signal available, so a weak spot on one network isn't a dead phone. The office line rings on their mobiles through the app, and the helpdesk is a quick call or message away — no matter which rooftop or field they're standing in.

Case study 05 · Hotel group · 6 sites

Six hotels, one IT refresh.

A small independent hotel group came to us for a full IT refresh across all six sites. Top of the list was a managed WiFi system with a polished captive portal — guests get a smart, branded sign-in, and the group gets the opt-in details and a network they can actually control from one place.

Every hotel needed dependable internet — including one rural site where no decent line existed, so we put in Starlink. Head office got its ageing servers modernised, and just as importantly, each department now has us as the technical voice on their side whenever they're dealing with third-party suppliers — so they're never bluffed or oversold again.

Sectors we know well

We do best in
regulated, document-heavy
businesses.

Not a hard rule — we have customers in manufacturing, charity, hospitality and tech. But these are the sectors where the work has accumulated the most.
