A customer
database your team
will actually use.

Zoho Bigin is a simple system for keeping track of customers and sales (a "CRM"). Built for small businesses, works on your phone, properly affordable. We set it up, move your data in, train your team and look after it for you.

What's included

The opposite of an
over-engineered IT project.

Most customer-database projects fail because the tool is too big for the business. Bigin keeps it simple and gets out of the way. We get teams of 5–30 people up and running in under a fortnight.

Set up properly

Built around how you actually sell: your stages, your products, your details, with the repetitive bits automated. A working system in two weeks, not six months.

  • Shaped to your sales process
  • Repetitive steps automated
  • Who-sees-what controls
02 · ZOHO BIGIN

Your data moved in

From spreadsheets, HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive or Outlook contacts. Duplicates removed, everything cleaned and checked, with a sign-off step before anything goes live — not a quick copy-paste job.

  • From wherever it lives now
  • Duplicates removed
  • Checked before going live

Email, calendar & the Zoho family

Connected to Microsoft 365 or Google, so emails attach themselves to the right customer, and calls from our phone systems show up too. And because Bigin is part of the wider Zoho family, if you ever add other Zoho tools — invoicing, support, marketing — they slot straight in and your data moves freely between them.

  • Works with Outlook & Gmail
  • Calls logged automatically
  • Grows into the Zoho family

Training

A 90-minute live session for the sales team, a 30-minute one for managers and a quick-reference card. People learn it; they don't suffer through a course.

  • Live team training
  • Manager session
  • Recorded refreshers

Reports & dashboards

What's coming in, what's likely to close, who's selling what, and where your best leads come from. A dashboard people will actually open on a Monday morning.

  • Live sales picture
  • What's likely to close
  • Where leads come from

Ongoing admin

New users, leavers, changes, things that stop working — handled by us as part of the service. Your sales manager stops being the part-time system admin.

  • Users & licences handled
  • Changes made for you
  • Tidy-ups as needed
Who it's for

Bigin isn't
for everyone.

It's a deliberately focused product. If you genuinely need something heavier, we'll tell you and recommend it. But for most small businesses Bigin is exactly right.

PROFILE 01

Teams of 3–30

Bigin's sweet spot. Big enough to need a shared view of sales; small enough that a giant CRM project would be madness.

PROFILE 02

Moving off spreadsheets

Your sales live in a spreadsheet and one person owns it. You've outgrown that, but the alternatives feel too big.

PROFILE 03

Escaping HubSpot/Salesforce

You're paying for a big-name system that's 80% unused, 100% expensive, and impossible to change without a consultant. Bigin is the way out.

PROFILE 04

Deals that move in stages

Your work is deals or projects moving through stages. That's exactly how Bigin thinks. (If your work looks different, ask us; there may be a better tool.)

Getting started

Two weeks,
not two quarters.

A typical Bigin rollout fits in a fortnight. Larger or messier data moves take three to four weeks. We don't do six-month projects.

STEP 01

Workshop

Half a day on site (or video). Map how your sales actually move, your stages, your products, the things you currently track in your head. We turn it into a written plan.

STEP 02

Build

We build Bigin to match the plan: your details, stages, automatic steps, dashboards and permissions. You see a working test version before any real data lands.

STEP 03

Move the data

Data brought across, cleaned and loaded. A test run first, then the real thing, with a 24-hour safety window in case anything looks wrong.

STEP 04

Train & embed

Live training, a recorded session for new starters, two weeks of "anything weird?" support — then we check in now and again to keep it tidy.

Pricing

Bigin licences
plus a flat managed fee.

Bigin itself starts at a few pounds per person. Our service covers admin, training, connections and ongoing support — typically less per month than people imagine.

FROM
£350/month (looked after)
Excludes Bigin licences (from £7 per person/month). Setup projects from £1,950 fixed price for a standard rollout.
RB
Our Bigin rollout was the first IT project that finished on time, in budget and that people actually use.

FAQ

Common questions

Bigin vs Zoho CRM vs HubSpot vs whatever your last consultant pitched — we'll be honest about the trade-offs.

Bigin or Zoho CRM — what's the difference?

Bigin is the small-business version: simpler and cheaper. Zoho CRM is a much bigger product, with modules for everything. Bigin is deliberately stripped back, aimed at teams of 3–30. For most small businesses Bigin is plenty; if your needs are genuinely complex, Zoho CRM is the right call. We do both.

Why not HubSpot?

HubSpot is a fine product; it just gets expensive, and most small businesses don't use 70% of it. It starts free or cheap and gets eye-wateringly pricey as you add features. Bigin is around a quarter of the cost for a small sales team and covers the same ground for tracking deals. If you genuinely need HubSpot's marketing tools, stay on HubSpot.

Can you migrate from our existing CRM?

Yes — we've moved people off HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Capsule, spreadsheets and Outlook contacts. The move is done carefully: cleaned, de-duplicated, tested, and signed off by you before going live. Our default is to bring across the last 24 months of active records and archive the rest. We'll be honest about what doesn't carry across cleanly.

Will it integrate with our phones and email?

Yes — that's a big part of why we sell it. Bigin stays in sync with Microsoft 365 and Google email and calendars. With our office phones you can also dial with one click, see who's calling before you answer, and have calls log themselves.

Who owns the data?

You do. Always. Your data is stored in Zoho's European data centres. We hold an admin login to do the work; you can switch it off any time. Getting all your data out is one click. Our contracts are explicit about data ownership and what happens if you leave.
